Sweet Georgia Lea

Georgia Lea will go down in history as my very first newborn session. I had a lot of inspiration from other great photographers and I have to admit these are so much better than my attempts 18 months ago when Cole was a baby. Some people are born with talent, other are definitely not!!









Big Brother Garrett wasn't crazy about getting his picture taken but he did pause long enough for one sweet kiss!

The Very Special Emerson!

I had the honor to capture little Emerson, who is a almost 18 months old. I have to admit, two hours with an 18 month old was daunting, but luckily she was a perfect angel! She and her family are so photogenic it was hard NOT to get a great shot!

We started in the studio in her party dress:

She was entranced with herself in my lens



Then we moved on to some fun family shots..I am sensing a trend with pink in these last few sessions!

Her energy was little low so it was time for a chocolate roll! Yummy!!!

From there we transformed Miss E into a ladybug! I love the colors in these shots!!!

Avery definitely did NOT want her picture taken but I think we "caught" her smiling when she least expected it!!!

Pet Calender Event!

In college I worked for the Center for Families and I have kept in touch with the director, a great lady named Kim Bailey.

Kim contacted me last week to ask if I would serve as roaming photography for the Pet Calendar contest event. Considering all Kim has done for me, I jumped at the chance to pay her back. It provided some interesting photo ops! Here are my favorites!
